Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pura Casa's cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & deposits

A deposit of 20% of your estimate is required to secure your booking. The deposit covers materials used during your clean and is applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is collected on the day of your clean.

Quotes provided through our online tool are estimates based on the information you provide. Your final price may be adjusted if the condition or size of your home differs significantly from what was described.

Rescheduling & cancellations

You can reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled clean will forfeit the deposit.

Recurring clients receive one complimentary reschedule per quarter outside the standard notice window.

Access to your home

You agree to provide Pura Casa with safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled time, whether in person, by key, or by door code. If our team is unable to access your home at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Service expectations

Our team uses only the certified non-toxic products described on our site, unless a client requests and supplies an alternative product for a specific surface.

While we take great care with every item in your home, please secure or disclose any items of significant monetary or sentimental value before your clean.

Satisfaction guarantee

If any part of your clean does not meet our standards, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. Please contact us at hello@puracasaclean.com or (323) 435-0731.

Payment

Remaining balances are due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Recurring clients may set up automatic billing tied to their service schedule.

Limitation of liability

Pura Casa carries general liability coverage for our cleaning operations. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the cost of the service in question, except where prohibited by law.
